The Forum Venue

A year long study of possible venues for the Forum identified the town of Pontresina in the Canton of GraubŸnden as the ideal site for the Global Medical Forum. The town is both highly accessible to the international airport in ZŸrich as well as beautifully secluded in its own valley beneath the spectacular Alps of the Engadin.

Also in very close proximity to St. Moritz, the area offers Forum participants unrivaled access to some of the best walking, year-round glacier skiing and other Autumn leisure activities in Europe. The town also contains both four and five star accommodation as well as numerous restaurants.

The Forum Facility

Pontresinaâs newly constructed and beautiful conference facility, the Rondo, is completely self-contained with a main room capable of holding over 700 people in conjunction with numerous smaller seminar rooms, all equipped with the latest audio-visual technologies. The center is truly state-of-the-art as well as comfortable. It is ideally sized and situated for the GMF.
