The GMF II Conference Report covers the conference proceedings and contains interviews with leading participants. The heart of the document, however, is the case studies which explore how dialogue between the stakeholders in healthcare can influence and improve the different healthcare-system models of the twenty first century.

Structured around the issues addressed at the meeting itself, the Report focuses on 14 major topics, taking them from the angle of a definition of the problem within the issue, followed by proposed solutions.

The Report therefore represents the combined contributions of almost 200 leaders in healthcare, all of whom were present at GMF II in March 2003 at the Centre for Global Dialogue.
